Electrostatic precipitators
Electrostatic precipitators for dust removal from gases, with low energy demand as well as low maintenance and spare-parts costs; suitable for industrial gas cleaning and emission reduction.
DeNOx systems
DeNOx systems for catalytic gas cleaning to reduce NOx, dioxin, furan, hydrocarbons and ammonia for industrial exhaust-gas treatment.
Evaporative coolers
Evaporative coolers to lower flue-gas temperature through water injection, to interface with electrostatic precipitators and other plant components, and to reduce flue-gas volume and dust resistance.
Hybrid filters
Hybrid filters as a combination of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter, for low dust content in the clean gas with low energy use and for converting existing electrostatic precipitators.
Conversion to bag filters
Conversion of existing electrostatic precipitators to bag filters, including reverse-air and pulse-jet filters, particularly for plants with short operating issues and limited space.
Water injections
Water injections for cooling hot flue gases from clinker coolers, to protect downstream plant components and to retrofit existing plants in a compact way.
Inspection & revision
Annual inspections and revisions to ensure functionality, service life and limit values, with early detection of the need for spare parts.
Retrofit & upgrade
Modifications to existing plants to increase capacity or to comply with new limit values, using as many reused components as possible and carrying out work during ongoing operation.
Commissioning
Testing of complete systems after installation, functional tests of sensors and actuators, checking of signals and interlock sequences, and training for operation and maintenance.
Troubleshooting
Rapid troubleshooting on site for plant problems, to avoid downtime, reduced operating conditions and other operating impacts as much as possible.
Remote maintenance
Remote maintenance for direct analysis and resolution of problems via secured data access and individually configurable security requirements.
Consulting / expertise
Consulting and expertise across the full spectrum of flue-gas cleaning, with specialists for questions, problem handling and technical assessments.

CriterionValueWeight
  • Review quality: The average rating across all connected sources, smoothed against the industry mean. So 5.0 stars from three reviews do not outrank 4.7 from three hundred.63.324%
  • Review volume: The number of reviews across all sources. The scale is logarithmic: the first reviews count the most, and the maximum is reached at 50 reviews.45.610%
  • Review recency: The age of the most recent review. Two-year-old reviews deliberately sit in the middle, because that is normal for Swiss SMEs. Only after three years without a new voice does the value drop markedly.70.08%
Elex AG scores 94.3 out of 100 points in the Substance area of the ranQ Trust Score. This area carries 28% of the weighting.

  • Establishment: Years since founding or brand launch, logarithmic. The maximum is reached at 15 years.100.012%
  • Company size: The headcount band, researched by ranQ or stated by the company. It is scored in steps rather than by head count, because the data only provides bands.90.07%
