The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
