The Company's purpose is to maintain, modify, develop and operate a cable network offering all cable telecommunications services (radio, television, internet, telephony, data transfer and storage, etc.) and to provide all types of telecommunications services using, directly or indirectly, this network infrastructure, such services may be provided in particular on the territory of the founding or shareholder municipalities. The Company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may buy, sell, rent real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and participate in all financial and commercial operations and others directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
