Fondation Leschot

The foundation's purpose is to ensure, within the framework of Art. 335 CC, the payment of education, vocational training, establishment and assistance costs or similar benefits to members of the Leschot family and their descendants named in the foundation deed. Public utility purpose: the foundation also aims to acquire works of art to exhibit them to the public through its own efforts or those of an existing museum; to directly or indirectly promote contemporary art in all its forms; and to alleviate the lives of elderly people within the framework of what is considered to be of public utility by the tax authorities (cf. statutes for full purpose).
