Voluntary care for employees of the founding companies and their subsidiaries, as well as their dependents, through the provision of support, particularly in cases of old age, death, illness, accident or disability; voluntary promotion of cultural, social and educational purposes, including support for sporting and health-promoting events and organizations, as well as political work and organizations committed to the general good and efforts of an exclusively non-profit nature, as well as support for existing private or church institutions working on an exclusively non-profit basis in fulfilling such tasks.
