Furthermore, the cooperative aims to network neighborhood and socio-economic structures as an ideal basis to enable a diverse and binding cohabitation. In doing so, people in their diversity are to be promoted as co-actors and co-designers. The non-profit-oriented cooperative is specialized in the maintenance of residential buildings and gardens, as well as consulting and mediation for housing cooperatives. The cooperative promotes communal living and ecological, economic, and social sustainability. The cooperative members share resources and exchange ideas, know-how, and experiences, and support each other in the areas of home, garden, and community. The cooperative can also directly promote projects of potential subsidiaries or third parties that align with the cooperative's purpose. The cooperative can establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and internationally, participate in other ventures both domestically and internationally, hold and manage intellectual property rights, acquire and dispose of real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude all contracts that are directly or indirectly related to the cooperative's purpose or that promote the subsidiaries. The cooperative can engage in financing transactions and provide securities for the obligations of its cooperative members and its subsidiaries, particularly in the form of guarantees, pledges, global assignments, and security transfers.
