In Switzerland and abroad, the operation of one or more schools providing education based on the British system, essentially in the English language. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, excluding those prohibited by the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; it may also create branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
