The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in all companies, in particular the acquisition, holding and disposal of participations in other companies or commercial, industrial or financial enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, as well as real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly, in its own name and on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as investments or for any other reason, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) (for full purpose see articles of association).
