The company's purpose is the purchase and sale of real estate, the realization of real estate promotions, the monitoring and execution of general contracting work, the administration and management of real estate, in particular property management and real estate brokerage, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, which favors its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, - grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
