The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector, such as the purchase, sale, exchange, management of buildings and administration, management, brokerage, rental, construction, promotion, renovation and enhancement of all real estate, the sale of decorative items, works of art or other movable assets, as well as the acquisition, sale, financing, administration, management and participation in commercial, real estate or financial companies and all movable, real estate, financial or commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose or merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
