The company's purpose is to hold participations in technological companies, such as microtechnical subcontracting, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as all advisory and assistance activities in the field of design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of microtechnical products. The company may also: carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
