The company's purpose is to provide all types of services in the fields of agriculture, in particular the use of advanced technologies for crop processing, logistics, transportation, import, export, and computer science. It also aims to carry out all real estate transactions in the field of agriculture, within the limits of the possibilities admitted by Articles 61 et seq. of the LDFR and except for the operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
