The company also aims to engage in all activities related to artificial intelligence (AI), including research and development, training, machine learning techniques, deployment, hosting, and operation of models, AI, and agents, the creation and provision of APIs, datasets, and generated content, the sale, integration, and support of such solutions. Additionally, the company aims to provide all services in the fields of digital marketing and communication, including advertising, branding, design, content strategy and production, campaign and community management, conversion analysis and optimization, lead generation and management, as well as public relations; the organization of events and activities; business networking; the trade of all internet-related products; consulting, training, support, and assistance in the aforementioned fields. It may create, acquire, manage, and dispose of branches, subsidiaries, and franchises in Switzerland and abroad; participate in other companies, conclude partnerships and joint ventures, take financial or commercial stakes; grant or contract loans to its partners or to qualified third parties, manage financial assets, collect royalties, and exploit intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights), all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may acquire, hold, administer, and dispose of movable and immovable property for its own account, also except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
