OSTERA

The Association is a global, non-profit, member-driven community created to design, evolve, promote, and govern the elements necessary for the proper functioning of the modern world in the general interest. The Association can undertake, in particular, the creation and development of universal, open, and global standards, open source codes, technological solutions, interoperability tools, reference frameworks, data, best practices, configurations, guides, research work, certification programs, test specifications, as well as educational and training materials. The Association does not pursue any profit-making purpose.
