The company's main purpose is the development, distribution, maintenance, operation, and further development of technology platforms and solutions in the payments sector, including the operation of a payee directory. Furthermore, the company may, to promote the main purpose, undertake or utilize financing of any kind for its own account or for the account of others. The company may also, to promote the main purpose, provide management services and administrative services to subsidiaries or other group companies. The company may acquire, hold, and exploit intellectual property rights, establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad, and carry out all commercial, financial, and other activities, as well as take measures suitable to promote the company's purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. In pursuing its corporate purpose, the company may consider the interests of the shareholders. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, within the framework of cash pooling agreements (including zero balancing), and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of these parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind. This may also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive, and/or by assuming clustering risks.
