The company's purpose is to provide, in Switzerland and abroad, all advice, services and performances, as well as the exercise of all activities in the field of physiotherapy and other related care and practices, including the operation of one or more physiotherapy clinics. The company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its partners and stand in solidarity, guarantee or act as a surety for loans granted by third parties to its partners.
