Baby swimming courses from 10 weeks, playful water familiarisation, age-appropriate exercises and holding grips, 30 minutes per lesson, in chest-deep water with parents.

Children’s swimming courses and water familiarisation courses for children from about 2.5 years old, with parents, jumping in, climbing out, swimming aids and learning to swim playfully.

Preparation courses for children from 3.5 years old, with an accompanying person in the water; practising submerging, blowing bubbles, the belly arrow and jumping into the water as an introduction to swimming for the badge.

Badge swimming courses for children from about 4.5 years old without parents in the water, with safety, diving, jumping and playful progressions up to safe swimming.

Private swimming lessons for children and adults, for water familiarisation, anxious children, assessment of current level, missed lessons and additional support in one-to-one instruction.
