The company's purpose includes all activities related to mandates in the field of construction and real estate, notably the operation of an architecture office, project management, technical planning, and multidisciplinary coordination, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may:
- Engage in all financial, commercial, or industrial activities, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE);
- Create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad;
- Participate in any enterprises, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, in Switzerland or abroad;
