to acquire participations in existing or to be created companies or enterprises; to finance companies or enterprises; to buy, sell, import and export goods and products of all kinds; to carry out, itself or through third parties, all financial, commercial, civil, movable and immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to facilitate its realization or expansion. The company also has as its purpose all real estate operations, namely the acquisition, holding, administration, construction, management, rental and sale of real estate, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches, acquire participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts likely to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
