Establishes and operates workplaces and training places as well as internship positions primarily for the benefit of young people from the Deutsch-Freiburg region who have difficulties integrating into the workforce due to social, educational, psychological or similar reasons. Tri-Tii AG is a public limited company that is managed exclusively according to market economy criteria. This aims to introduce young people and young adults to the market economy requirements of the workforce at an early stage of their development. The additional expenses for care and support tasks towards the young employees are compensated as far as possible through the deStarts foundation in Giffers. The activities of Tri-Tii AG extend in particular to the following areas: - Services: Placement or offer of temporary work in the skilled trades, real estate and services sector. Close contact with suitable and cooperative companies in the region. Opening up the opportunity to demonstrate skills with various clients and establish contacts with potential employers. - Production: Establishing and operating production workshops in raw material processing and recycling, offering apprenticeships and training positions, with the opportunity to acquire a training or employment position in a market economy position. - Leisure, sports, well-being, knowledge transfer: Establishing and operating workplaces in sales, maintenance, care, service or office work. Opening up the opportunity to acquire qualifications for an apprenticeship or employment (secondary purpose according to the statutes).
