The company's purpose is: the management of a competence center in managed care for the coordinated management of care, the optimization of the quality and costs of medical services, the management of networks and quality circles and the training of healthcare providers; the operation of an emergency center, an outpatient and primary care multidisciplinary medical center, as well as all activities in the fields of human medicine, physiotherapy, nursing services and well-being. The company may carry out any financial, commercial or real estate operations in connection with its purpose or capable of promoting it; it may in particular grant loans or guarantees of any kind to its shareholders or to third parties, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, all this to the exclusion of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
