The purpose of the company is to function as a holding company. A further purpose of the company is the management and marketing of engineering and natural science patents and intellectual property rights. The company may manage, sell or otherwise exploit its own patents, licenses, intellectual property rights, trademarks and other rights, as well as acquire, manage, sell or otherwise exploit foreign patents, licenses, intellectual property rights, trademarks and other rights. The company is also authorized to establish, acquire and operate companies for the realization and exploitation of its own or acquired patents and intellectual property rights, including production and manufacturing. The company is authorized to conclude all transactions and take all actions or conclude contracts that are useful and beneficial for the promotion and achievement of the aforementioned company purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company is authorized to establish domestic and foreign branches, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, in particular also as a personally liable partner, and establish other domestic and foreign companies.
